<p>In Coto de Caza today there are 13 homes for sale that are <a title="Tips for Buying REO Homes" href="http://www.orangecountydealdetective.com/buying-bank-owned-home-orange-county-insider-tip-6/">REOs or Bank Owned </a>homes.  These seem priced below <a href="http://www.leslieeskildsen.com/coto-de-caza.php#coto-de-caza">homes for sale in Coto de Caza</a> in the same neighborhoods.  And they are selling more quickly that Short Sales (for sure!) and equity owner homes.  Two of the bank owned homes for sale in Coto sold last week &#8211; one in Tanglewood and another in Greystone.  These were both in reasonably good shape and in good locations.  Things are really starting to move!</p>
<p>Our pick of the week is 17 Charleston Lane in Tanglewood &#8211; 4 bedroom 3 baths in 3000 square feet with a 3 car garage.</p>

<p>Today there are 19 homes for sale in <a title="Coto de Caza Real Estate" href="http://www.leslieeskildsen.com/coto-de-caza.php#coto-de-caza">Coto de Caza </a>that are <a title="Buying a Short Sale Home" href="http://www.orangecountydealdetective.com/real-estate/distressed-properties/short-sales/">Short Sale </a>listings.  New on the market this week in Coto de Caza is a 2135 square foot condo in the Village with (reportedly, we have not verified) 5 bedrooms and 3 baths for $419K.  Previously, this condo sold for $684K in 2007, according to the information posted in the Multiple Listing Service.</p>
<p>Also new on the Coto de Caza Short Sale market is single story home in Coto Country Homes on the non-golf course view side of Fairway Lane offered at $680K.</p>
