Get Informed about Bank Owned Homes – Before They’re Listed

Wouldn’t it be cool to know about REO properties in the Orange County area before everyone else?  There is incredible competition for Bank Owned  homes in Orange County today, so buyers need to be armed with lots of information as early as possible.

When the bank assigns a recently foreclosed home to an agent, it typically takes a month or so to get the house ready for market and establish a price.  In order to keep our clients as informed as possible, we create a custom blog for every house we list.  The blog contains basic info about the house (as we learn it), as well as pictures, video, and updates about the status.

Here’s a breakdown of our current REO listings – follow the link to see the blog!
